The Larkfield Priory Hotel is a superb conference venue with a variety of stylish meeting venues.

The hotel offers fully air-conditioned function rooms in Kent, which can cater for 10 to 150 delegates. This allows the hotel to provide flexibility based on guests’ requirements whilst ensuring each event or conference is catered to the best ability. 

Our dedicated Food and Beverages team can provide refreshments throughout the event, served at the agreed times, for your convenience. 

Meeting rooms can be reserved in various ways:

Day Delegate Package

From £40 + VAT

The package includes one full day use of your chosen conference room, whether it’s a 2 course working lunch or a simple finger buffet, we’ve got you covered.

All packages can be tailored accordingly, the options are endless!

Overnight Delegate Package (priced per person)

Minimum 10 person, 24 hour package (per person)     From £130 + Vat

Our overnight package includes full use of your chosen conference room for 24-hour hours. 

Choose from a variety of our food and beverage options; finger food buffet, 2 or 3 course meal, or a working lunch, with servings of tea and coffee and an assortment of freshly baked cakes and biscuits. 

You can tuck into and savour a 3- course dinner and enjoy the overnight accommodations in our newly refurbished double rooms. 

Finish your stay with a Full English or Continental breakfast in the morning. All required equipment and refreshments will be discussed and provided during the conference.
