The hotel offers four fully air-conditioned function rooms, which can cater for 2 to 150 delegates. These give the hotel the flexible space to be the leading event and conference venue in Maidstone, Kent.

Our dedicated events team can provide refreshments throughout the event, serve dat agreed times for your convenience.

Meeting rooms can be booked half day, full day, Day delegate package, Overnight delegate package. We offer a range of food and beverages including, light snacks, sandwiches, finger buffets, sit down meals etc.

Package includes one full day use of selected conference room with a choice from finger buffet/ 2 course meal/ 3 course meal and 2 servings of tea with/without our chef’s freshly baked cookie/cake/flapjack.
All necessary equipment and refreshments provided during the conference.

Overnight Delegate Package (priced per person)

From £127 + VAT

Package includes one full day use of selected conference room with a choice from finger buffet/ 2 course meal/ 3 course meal and 2 servings of tea with/without our chef’s freshly baked cookie/cake/flap jack. The delegates would also savor a 3-course dinner and overnight accommodations for the delegates in our tastefully, decorated double room with a Full English or Continental breakfast in the morning. All necessary equipment and refreshments provided during the conference.
