Location: Maidstone / Reading / London
Position Summary: The Hotel Revenue Manager is responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize room occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and overall profitability. The role involves analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor performance, and optimizing distribution channels while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Forecasting
Develop and implement pricing, yield, and inventory management strategies.
Forecast demand and adjust pricing models to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor rates, and booking patterns.
Set dynamic pricing for rooms, packages, and promotions.
Distribution & Channel Management
Optimize performance across all distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, brand website, direct bookings).
Maintain strong relationships with third-party partners and online travel agencies.
Ensure rate parity and accurate content across all booking platforms.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and GOPPAR.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports.
Identify underperforming segments and implement corrective strategies.
Collaborate with Finance for accurate forecasting and budgeting.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Sales & Marketing to align promotions and campaigns with revenue goals.
Coordinate with Reservations and Front Office to maximize upselling opportunities.
Advise the General Manager and Executive Committee on revenue opportunities.
System & Technology Management
Manage hotel revenue systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and channel managers.
Ensure data accuracy and train staff on revenue-related systems and best practices.
Leverage data analytics and BI tools for decision-making.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field
4–6 years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, or distribution
Proficiency in RMS, PMS, CRS, and Excel/BI tools
Experience with multiple properties or cluster revenue management is a plus
Strong understanding of hotel market dynamics and demand drivers
